Hey hey all you party people! I’m super stoked about this week’s post of The Drop as I’ve got some seriously sick tuneage to share with all of you. I’m gonna start you off with a preview of a new track by Sebastian Ingrosso, Steve Angelo and Alesso then move on to some dubstep and heavy electro by Zeds Dead and Feed Me. To top it off, I’ve left you with a nice dubstep treat at the end.
Eclipse (Why am I Doing This) has been bumping around the Internet for a little time now. I first heard it on Ingrosso’s Refune Radio last month and it took me by surprise. The trio have been producing some sick tunes lately, some of which are in collaboration with other artists, such as the ever popular hit Calling (which recently was re-released as a vocal mix called Calling [Lose My Mind]), Antidote and Pressure. I can’t wait to see what these guys have got in store for later this year!
DC and Hooks, the duo more commonly known as Zeds Dead recently released their new EP called Victor. It’s a series of remixes of their tracks with Omar Lix’s vocals added in. Check out the track Hit Me below. It’s from their latest album Adrenaline. Both tracks are obviously heavy on the bass. Seriously … It’s Zeds mutha-f$#%$g Dead. The bass is sick. Don’t even bother with these tracks unless you have atleast a semi-decent sub right next to your brain.
Feed Me just released some new tracks under the Mau5trap label. Both tracks are from the new album Feed Me’s Escape From Electric Mountain. The first one takes it easy in the beginning with some soothing vocals and synths then drops into this sweet electro groove. Once you hear the drop you’ll realize why he’s under Deadmau5’ label. The second is on more of a dubstep note. Wait for the second drop. That’s where it’s at!! Uuuuuuuhhhhhh!!!! Both are great tracks. Enjoy!
To cap this weeks post off I want to leave you with this awesome remix. Remember The Prodigy? Yeah. Breathe with meh!
